Scheduling in advance for all treatments is recommended. If you are a new client, please plan to arrive just five (5) minutes prior to your reservation to allow time to complete your client information card, change, and begin your experience.
Cancellation and Late Show Policy: As a courtesy, please give 24-hours notice to cancel or change your appointment. In the event 24 hour notice is not given, or that you arrive 20 or more minutes later than your scheduled start-time, you will be charged 100% of the total services booked (no partial spa services may be given after you are 20 minutes late).
Cell-Phone & Pager Free Zone
Please remember to turn off your cell phone and other electronic devices upon entering the spa.

Gratuities
Gratuities are greatly appreciated and may be included on your check or credit card, or in cash. Thank you.
